Bike to bike radios.

I'm not really interested in a bunch of extra wiring and an antenna on my bike even though I have an electrical background. So that brings my question. Are there any good and simple bike to bike radios that you would recommend? The Chatterbox units look nice for the lack of wiring to the bike. On the other hand, a CB simular in execution would be nice. Also are there any models that work ok on VOX within a full face helmet in the breeze? Thanks for any comments.
