Side Cases

My side cases are very hard to close. I don't keep the cases on the bike and only use them for trips. When stored, I keep them open. Any ideas on making this easier or are they just not broken in yet?

For starters......when you are storing them, I would store them closed instead of open. I can't imagine it would make a huge difference, but they could be slightly changing shape enough to make them a PITA to close.

They are tight to close, but they have to provide a good seal at speed I find if I hold the lid to the back with my knee, not hard, the first lever will normally pull the lid closed.

I have noticed mine change a little if it very hot.
