Green RT
This is so simple that I hesitate to bother with a post. But it took me 4 months to figure it out, so it might be useful to someone else. The Zumo motorcycle mount comes with a little screwdriver with a specialized tip for the security screw on the Zumo mount. The screwdriver attaches to a key chain and has a cap to prevent it from poking holes in one's pocket. I found that the cap was always coming off. Today, I went to the hardware store and bought ($0.20) a small rubber gasket to slip between the screwdriver and the cap. I think this will provide enough friction to keep the cap from coming off. ednowicki
I recommend ditching the 'security screw/screwdriver' and using one of these 'thumb screws'. http://www.boelis.nl/index_bestanden/SecurityscrewEN.htm Ed Link to comment

But then I always take the Zumo off and store it when I stop---don't tighten the little screw. Link to comment
