NoHeat
Usually I don't bother to remove the cap and check the seal on a bottle of anything before I buy it. But maybe I should. I went to K-Mart, because it was one of the few stores open on Easter Sunday, to buy brake fluid for my truck. Before heading to the cashier, I just happened to notice something slightly odd about the cap, so I removed it and I saw that the foil seal had been peeled back. I'm guessing somebody bought the bottle for $1.49, used part of it, refilled it with who-knows-what to make it seem full, put the cap back on, and then took it back to the store to get a refund of their $1.49. The second bottle I checked on the shelf had that problem, too. Link to comment
smiller
I've learned to do that as well. There sure are some high quality people in this world, huh? Link to comment
