Are the R 1100 RT and the R 1150 RT Seats

Yes, on the 1100 you got a 'Standard' seat or an optional 'Comfort' seat. Realising that describing it as a 'Comfort' seat could get them in to trouble with truth in advertising laws, on the 1150 they called them the 'Standard' seat (was comfort) and optional 'Low' seat (was standard). There were no other differences.

In fact they use the same seat base for both. The 'comfort seat' just has different upholstery to alter its shape.

Point being that an afermarket seat from an 1100 will fit right onto an 1150 and visa versa.
