I'm shopping for a tank bag for my R1100RT-P (need storage for the ammo ribbons that feed the machine gun that's mounted on the handlebars ).The Authority switches on the handlebars are still installed (and functional) on my Motor. I've read many threads on tank bags on this site, but none mention any issues or interference problems unique to the bikes with Authority switches installed. I'm concerned that the Authority switches would result in more contact with the tank bag than a bike without these switches (especially when locking the wheel). Based on the threads I've read, I'm leaning towards the Marsee 20L Tear Drop tank bag. Does anyone have any personal experience (good or bad) with a Marsee 20L Tear Drop tank bag mounted on an R1100RT-P? Any suggestions or alternatives? Thanks for your help. Link to comment
