Newtfox
So do you have to drill holes in the top of the plastic on the tank to mount it? I am trying to figure out where the base attaches to. Link to comment

Wicker
Mounting the Navigator on the tank means you cannot use a tankbag. I bought a kit from the GadgetGuy which enables you to mount GPS etc on a bar above the clip on handlebars. As of Dec 2006, Touratech also now produce a mounting bar for approx 20 euros. Newtfox
Yeah I would like to retain the BMW (Non GPS) tankbag I have. So can you use this tankbag with the gadget guy mount? Link to comment
R4ND0M_AX3
Yeah I would like to retain the BMW (Non GPS) tankbag I have. So can you use this tankbag with the gadget guy mount? Depends. I have the larger BMW tank bag and the gadget guy mount. I chose to also get a locking anti-vibe cradle from touratch. The wide feet on the cradle interfere with the tankbag. I'm not using the GG mount anymore. I might even get a more compact non anti-vibe cradle. I miss my bag. Link to comment
