Looking for Relay

I'm looking to buy a relay like those that come with the PIAA light kits (and probably others). It's about 1" square, 1/4" thick, and has leads coming out of it (versus connectors).

 

I've Googled it every way I can think of, but all I can find is the typical automotive relays (little blocks with spade connectors).

 

Any ideas?
