paulcbrowne
Today I travelled about 200 miles in the Panhandle area of WV and adjacent VA. Fortuately, I had a pretty good idea of where I was going from studying maps and previous trips because my Nav III was useless. My Nav III would not give a correct route to any of my three destinations. For example, the route home from my last stop was about about 70 miles. I tried shortest distance and quickest time but both gave routes winding all over the place and totalling 180 miles! My experience was similar with two other destination that I put in. THe NAV III kept wanting me to take clearly wrong turns. I tirned it off and on again but the problem persisted. Has anyone else had similar problems? Is the a user reset or some such thing? Or is there an April Fools option that I had overlooked? Link to comment
Stan Walker
Have you turned on "Avoid Highways"????? Stan Link to comment
paulcbrowne
I don't have that option, but I do have it set to avoid major roads. Also, avoid traffic, u-turns, and carpool lanes. Link to comment
