It has been a while since I have done this. For the '99 RT, which throttle cables need to be replaced?

 

Also, what would be a good reliable place to mail order these parts?

The distribution box can be cleaned. Chicago BMW gives a 20% discount but shipping is slow. Max or A&S doesn't give a discount but shipping is much faster. It is better to call rather than use the internet.
