Second, are both accessory plugs limited together or are they separate. Meaning, can I run a heated jacket from one and the pants from another? I was told to avoid running both off the same jack but the manual appears to indicate they are linked. Lighting the front turn signals, are there good options for this? Link to comment
Ken H. Posted October 25, 2006 Share Posted October 25, 2006 There's no hard rule on RPM. Max. output of the alt. is at something like 4000 RPM, but nothing says you need max. The alt. starts delivering some current as soon as the light goes out. But where the output is compared to your load is speculation at best. The sockets are rated together. For heated stuff, better to forget them and wire directly to the battery. Link to comment
