I need to replace my PIAA H3 bulbs. Which ones are best?

I have some PIAA lights on the front of my BMW RT-P and need to replace both bulbs. I bought the bike used so I have no idea which ones are in there I just know that they are the H3 series. According to the PIAA site for the H3 bulbs they have these options. Which is best.

 

 

 

1. XTreme White Plus

 

 

 

2. Star White

 

 

 

3. Super Plasma GT-X

 

 

 

4. ION Crystal

So anyone with any information that can hook me up with the best one I would appreciate it. I know mine says its 55w.
