Me and my shadow ......... beauty surrounds me ............. This is Shilton ............ another sweet find .......... starting with another type of tractor ...... Thirsty horses stop at the ford to cool down ......... The Panzer keeping a watching brief ..... A lovely little village ...... A Kingfisher over the water .first time I've seen one of these in it's natural habitat ... Some more water ......... Flower power .......... Back through the village ....... and out into the open countryside once more ........... Hot air balloon overhead .......... The road home ........... another great ride over ........ We have outstanding views in California to be sure ... but your pictures were an inexpensive way to travel to your beautiful country. At least in my mind's eye. Is it summer there? Temperature in Sacramento area 100+ all this week. Yesterday was 107 degrees and like a furnace riding in the wind.
