I'm going for a couple of weeks and I'm just too damn cheap to pay somewhere north of $250 for mapping software that I'll use for just a few days... Alex Link to comment
artig Posted July 18, 2006 Share Posted July 18, 2006 The only alternative I know of is the Open Mapping Project, which you can find at http://gwprojects.orcon.net.nz/gps/ I haven't used it, and there may be some extra work required compared to Garmin's own software, but at least it is free.
