Steve1962 Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 Tonights' ride out saw me ride from Charlbury to Chipping Norton , and from there across country on the B4450 , through some cracking scenery and on a great little road .here are some photos , starting with a few just outside Chippie......... The open road .......... bliss ...... Onto Churchill , where I pull over to take in a british tradion , nay , institution ........... a game of cricket .I would explain the rules ............. but you would lose the will to live ......... What a great backdrop to have .......... Some action .............. all very gentlemanly ...... The score .............. This was a great shot .......... four runs ..... Getting back on the bike ........ Ride round the back of the green ......... to find this ..... The church spire ......... Homeward bound ............. the sun beginning to lower ....... beautiful .... a warm breeze blowing ........ A barn .......... The road is so quiet ........... I love those little roads down there... ventured out often during my long stays in Oxford... always had rental cars and did many more miles than I was supposed to ;-) Oh, by the way, do you know what cricketers and snowboarders have in common?
