BMW NAV VI

Just got my 4th replacement NAV VI .this time it's a brand spanking new in the bmw box not a refurbished. I hope the 4th is the charm. The other ones failed for different reasons. The first one ghosted, the second one had no touch screen function, the third went into a location screen that just kept putting countries up with no way to set it. I think maybe bmw redesigned them, we'll see,  I know I'm not alone with nav VI problems
