If it was purchased in Spokane as new, likely, it's US spec.

US (or Euro) spec is not the issue. Ever try to import any type titled, and registered motor vehicle into this country? Did not think so.

My buddy bought one from a Canadian who drove it across the border. Washington dmv wasn't happy about the Canadian title but it was a US bike originally so they made my friend promise to not do it again and registered the bike.
