Multi-Controller Mind of it's own or....?

Ever since I replaced my battery (about 4 months ago,) I've seen the Speedo setting in the background mode per my Wonder Wheel switch back to 'RT,' while the Trip-Auto that I chose switch to Trip One at the same time. always with the bike off and on one looking. Maybe 5 times now.

First world problem for sure as the bike starts/runs fine and sitting volts at 12.5 (with engine off,) generating 14.2 going down the road. It's no problem other than reset on my end of course, but stuff that shouldn't be happening makes me wonder. (2017 RT)

Most recently this happened this past weekend. when I started the bike up at the Harley store heading home. (Maybe the bike knew? :))

Check your battery terminals for tightness.

Also, check voltage when cranking the motor over.

For what it takes (took) to wedge that battery and cable into place, checking the tightness might be my first move. (Thanks)
