I just bought a 2022 R1250GS Adventure ( I call it my Covid bike). It came from the factory with manually adjustable suspension.  I had had a 2019 R1250GS and a 2020 R1250GS with dynamic suspension and I swear this bike rides better than both of the others.  I currently has 1900 miles on it.  What are your thoughts oh this down graded BMW?

I don't view manual suspension as a down grade, it is a matter of personal preference for me. Even with my ESA bikes, I adjusted it to where I liked it and left it that way......:java:

YMMV

That depends, on a mostly street ridden GS-A without a lot of heavy luggage or a heavy passenger added/removed frequently then I will take the weight savings & lower complexity of NO dynamic suspension.

On the other hand, if taken on-road/ off-road a lot, or with rear luggage/passenger weight added subtracted, then the dynamic suspension is great.

If you are going to keep that bike a long time then that is one less headache you will have to deal with.

One thing I have found is when it comes to selling a used motorcycle that is more than a couple of years old is that it usually makes no difference in value or customer want when it comes to suspension options.
