Any one know if they make a handlebar riser for a 2007 1200R Sport?

You may give Helibars.com a try.  I have had good results with them on several bikes.

sure appears to show the same bar bridge assembly as the S bike. And the Helibar people for sure make (made?) risers for the S. I have a set off my K1300S that I'd be willing to sell.
