dmsantam
Good day all, the knee pad on the fairing of my R1100RT 1995 model is lifting a little, probably due to age. Does anybody have a solution to this? Should I remove it and try to straighten it? or do something with it on the fairing still? cheers, Dan Link to comment

Putting the removed knee pad out in the hot sun for a while can sometimes allow you to sort of re-shape it to better fit the panel hole. Depending on where the knee pad doesn't fit correctly there can be enough lip on the back side to drill a small hole in the lip then stick a small cotter pin though the hole to pin that area to stay tight to the fairing panel. 1 Link to comment
