Fuel system flush

Hi all, I was an active member (online) when I got the bike in 2005 for about 5 or so years. Then I started a business and the bike got used less (but maintained) until about 4 years ago when I took it apart for a brake bleed and never put it back together.

 

I am putting it back together this spring, but am concerned that there may be some gunky fuel residue in the system. Any pointers towards refreshing the tank through the injectors?
