I've purchased a bunch of Roadsmart III tires and I've just installed a set on my RT.   I still have five in stock waiting to be installed on my other bikes.  Fortunately, it would appear from the recall notice that none of mine are defective.   From what I can discern from the recall notice, only one size is defective and within that size, these are the sidewall markings of the defective tires:

 

Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmart III, 120/70ZR17

Tire sidewall marking: "DOT 1DK8B F1M <Date Code>"

Affected Date Codes:  3423 through 4123 and 4623 through 4823.
