Includes Aerostich belt and knee armor. Never down. Absolutely NO damage. No loose seams. Nonsmoking, pet free household. AFAIK the pants are still waterproof. Reflective areas are perfect. Kept in a climate-controlled closet most of the time. The price is $225 conus shipped. I take PayPal F and F.
