MikeB60 Posted October 25, 2023 Share Posted October 25, 2023 Parked the new to me R1250RT in the shop next to the K bike when I got home from Alaska last Friday. Don't have a tag for the RT yet so decided to ride the Big Girl to work. Well it was hard to start and after about a mile she threw a check engine light and would stumble when I gave her some throttle. Suspected a fuel delivery issue which I confirmed with the GS911. The 1600 has the same fuel pump controller as the hexhead, camhead and early wc bikes. I've got one somewhere hopefully that does the trick because the tank is full with almost 7 gallons of fuel and will have to be empty to get at the fuel pump. Can't make this stuff up first time I've cranked the K bike since buying the RT! 1 1 1 Link to comment
