Everyone is asked to stop by there sometime soon after your arrival, regardless of where you are staying. First, we want to know that you have arrived safely, and second, you'll want to pick up you packet of info, maps, meal coupons, your t-shirts, and other goodies. We can't promise the check in will open at all times, Donna & I are going to do some riding too, but Jeff & Barb, Tasker, and some others will be around off & on to help too, so you should be able to catch someone. Generally we'll be around most of the day Monday, Tuesday morning for awhile, and Tuesday evening. After that, who knows?? If all else fails - call us. I'm not going to post our cell phone # here on this open forum, but it will be available at the check in area. We also plan to have a message white board for "So & so, call/find so & so" type stuff. And a large map of all the routes. Can't wait to see old friends and meet new ones! See you in Gunnison! Link to comment
