It's interesting; what were they hiding? I use simple brown paper bags every day, but I didn't know they could be used like that. Let's hope for the best! Civil protest. The citizens paid for those roads thru their taxes, and are now not allowed to use them, so they feel a little put out. I can understand. A minor inconvenience to the government in covering the cameras, but no destruction of property (like so many other protests do). Prosecuting the perpetrators will cost far more than just pulling the bags off and being done with it. Link to comment
