Spot Mirrors I Made for my '23 RT

Hey Guys.

I made these spot mirrors, to help with the blind spots on the RT.

I got a sheet of 12 x 12 Lexon, mirrors, and tape from Amazon (links below). I cut the Lexon with a hacksaw 1.5" wide, then cut it into two pieces 5" long, after smoothing out the pieces with some sandpaper, I then I bent them at a 74 degree angle (this you'll have to play with for your preference). Installed them with double-sided tape (making sure that the bikes mirrors still fold in), I didn't use the tape that comes on the back of the spot mirrors, but the heavy-duty Gorilla Glue tape.

The spot mirrors rotate to help you fine tune your view. When you look at the pictures you'll see no car from the bike's mirror, but with the spot mirrors you can see the car next to the bike, along with the edge of the bikes mirror.

As we all know, the RT's mirrors are too low, and you have to look down, and take your eye off the road to check them. You still have to turn your head before lane changes, but these will help with surprises.
