Expensive RDL

Recommended Posts

Hi all

Finally got me a RDL

But boy was it expensive

That may be because it came with a fully kitted and immaculately presented 2020 R1250RT in Manhattan metallic ( thanks CC) with 5K kms on it :4322:

Rode it home (900kms)

I understand that the RDL wasn't specifically made for me but decided to take a chance

All good so far

Guess I'll be back with questions re servicing etc

Cheers

Mark

Care to share?

Sure, “without pictures it didn’t happen”. :classic_biggrin: Kind of a wise guy (but harmless) way of saying let’s see it!

Hi all

Not sure about other parts of the world but there's nothing cheap about the prices we're forced to pay in Oz

BMW --  Break Mark's Wallet

Another bonus with the RDL is that I can also use it on my 2015 R1200RT

Happy to put up pics

When I work out how:facepalm:

Need the Tech support from a 3yo

Cheers

My drawing skills is right around the 3 y/o level. :classic_biggrin: When you’re posting, click on add files, it should take you to your photos if you’re working off a mobile phone.

Hi all

Thanks Tewks

I've successfully regressed to a 3yo

Some might say they can't tell the difference :5200:

Those extra lights could surely burn a hole right through Ayers Rock! :classic_biggrin: Nice looking bike!

Hi all

Or Uluru as we are expected to call it now

Yes

Awesome piece of kit

You very rarely see anything of this caliber in this part of the world

Especially one that's had all the extras added

Some I probably wouldn't have added personally but happy to have them

OO is what I might respectfully call a BMW tragic

Currently has another 9 BMWs of various vintage all in immaculate condition

Cheers

I saw that and with no disrespect to the Aboriginal people, it’s been Ayers Rock in my lifetime of learning.
