2011 BMW 1200RT Manual, Radio and other

Hi,

I recently acquired a 201q BMW 1200RT.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the radio stations, and or set my own stations, As well as adjust the bass.   I also wanted to see if I could plug in USB flash drive for music.   I don't have a user manual for the bike, but I could use one for all the other functions,displays switches, adjustments and more   Any help is greatly appreciated  Thanks

Shockingly I found the usb port.  It pulled up my music come up but I cannot figure out how to go to the next song and so forth.
