Heavy clutch lever

Can any of you help in this one heavy clutch lever it's not the cable or the clutch arm do you have any idea please

Just curious, how do you know it is not the cable?

Has the handle itself been lubed at the wear points?

It is a new cable and the lever has been lubed so its not the cable

You didn't give us a year of your K-75.

 

If your clutch system also retracts the side stand then your problem is likely in that retraction linkage.

The year is 1994 and I have removed the retractable linkage

The clutch is still heavy

Well, if the cable is new, & the lever is free on it's bushing, & the cable pivot barrel on both ends of the cable is well lubricated, then about all that is left is the clutch lever bushing at the transmission or something in the clutch itself.
