2022RT rear strut preload (auto leveling) not responding

Has anyone experience a preload failure of the DESA rear strut?

The strut does not rise or fall regardless of the load I put on the bike and it is not responding to a change between Min and Auto.

I checked the log for error codes - nothing. And it appears the ZFE can see the suspension nodes.

I would assume if this was a mechanical failure of the servo motor, that an error code would be logged? So now I am thinking this could be a software issue?

Any thoughts?

If you have a GS911 you could try to run a suspension calibration.

Good suggestion. I ran a calibration and it completed successfully but the preload motor is still asleep.

It’s under warranty so take it to the dealership
