Rogerl
I removed my header pipes from my 2013 BMW R1200R so that I can clean some of the pitting off of them. I removed the oxygen sensors from the pipes so that i would not damage them during the cleaning process. Upon removal I saw there was some carbon build up on the sensors. Should I clean this off before I reinstall them into the headers? If so, what do I clen them with? I do not want to ruin the oxygen sensors trying to clean them if it is not necessary. Any information would be greatly apprecieated. Roger L Link to comment

Rogerl
Mike: Thanks for the reply. My thoughts were to leave them alone as well. I will put them in as is. Roger L Link to comment
