Anyone have experience with AGV helmets, particularly their TOURMODULAR STELVIO?

I've heard of AGV (Italian company) in comparison reviews of other top helmets, e.g. Schuberth & Shoei, but don't know a whole lot about them.  I'm looking at their Tourmodular Stelvio on a Black Friday sale.  FYI, I'm biasing my (new, latest🙄) helmet search on helmets that come in three shell sizes, and where their "Large" size breaks at 59-60, since I'm at 59.5 and the Schuberth C4 Pro fit so poorly on me in either LG or XL.  Just seems like a 59-60 LG is most likely to be the best fit for me.  Shoei, Bell, and AGV all fit into that category.  FYI, it's rated at 4 stars on the UK's "Sharp" system (at least their carbon version, the Sportmodular is listed as such).

 

 

AGV Tourmodular Helmet White Stelvio. The new Tourmodular is homologated according to the new ECE 22.06 regulation and the dual P/J homologation. It is a very safe and comfortable modular helmet. The Tourmodular has been designed to tackle long trips with maximum comfort and safety. Outer shell made of carbon fiber, aramid fiber and fiberglass. Its soft interior made of Ritmo and Shalimar fabric with a custom fit system guarantees immediate absorption of moisture and sweat. • It has a micro-opening system for the screen.
• Integrated sun visor with anti-scratch treatment; easily removable without tools.
• The screen incorporates a patented closing system (VLS) that prevents its accidental opening.
• The screen mechanism allows the screen to be removed without the use of tools and incorporates metal parts for greater resistance.
• Cover and chin cover included.
• Predisposition for the AGV INSYDE communication system. Tool to install the INSYDE communication system (sold separately).
• Micrometric closure system.
• Weight: 1,620 grams. +/- 50 g in the first shell size.
• It has P/J homologation to circulate in total safety both with the helmet closed in full-face mode and with the helmet open in jet mode.

I just got my third AGV.  A K6.  Previous have been K3 SV's.  I like them.  They are well made with nice fit and finish.  Liner materials have been comfy.  The K6 is very light.  I don't know your particular model and can't comment on it specifically, but i would certainly expect nice fit and finish from any AGV.  Of course helmet shapes vary considerably, so if you don't know how a given helmet will fit it is wise to be familiar with and accepting of the vendor's return policy.

AGV's are great helmets....... they just don't fit my head shape.
