As we rode the highest parts of the Blue Ridge and other countryside, I remembered a TV show about how the continents were created. The narrator said the Appalachian Mountains were more massive than the Rockies and the eroded soil and stone created the coast line states. Awesome. 1 Link to comment

While it’s beautiful out here as well, we decided NC is more our vibe so we’re moving back. Hopefully there’s still some fall color when we return the end of October. Rick 2 Link to comment
