BMWED
Getting ready to reinstall the ABS unit on my 07 (stuck brush). Do I need a GS 911 to cycle it when bleeding, or can I just spin the rear wheel and apply the front brake to cycle it? Also, does the ABS pump come when applying the front brake only, for the linked braking feature? Link to comment

Evening BMWED The servo pump is only for the rear brake, it is used for the rear linking to the front lever & also used for rear wheel ABS when in an ABS apply situation. As for bleeding, you can do it without a GS-911, just bleed as normal using the front lever & rear brake pedal. Then with motorcycle on center stand & key-on spin the rear wheel. Then apply the front brake lever until rear wheel locks (do this a few times) then re-bleed the rear. Link to comment
