I know this has been covered before but seeing as I just did mine I'm posting a pic and video. I think it's a no brainer safety upgrade that should be mandatory on all motocycles.

 

I had an LED brake lamp with the strobe built in that plugged right into the 1157 socket. It finally died after 5 or 6 years. Since they no longer make those I had to buy a bulb and wire in a strobe module. I soldered the connections and used shrink tube to seal them up.
