Tourbiker Posted April 22, 2022 Share Posted April 22, 2022 2019 R1250GS I have a few scratches on the valve cover which is painted a dark gray. BMW dealer does not know where you can get paint. Does anybody know where you can get this color paint to touch up the scratches? Andy Link to comment

roadscholar Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 I think any decent body and paint shop should be able to scan it and come up with a match. Or take it to a Sherwin-Williams store and they could probably do it and make the formula right there. The scanner is a spectrophotometer and much more accurate than a person eyeballing it. 1 Link to comment
