Hmmm, this can be good ( speeding d-bag cagers  entering/leaving my neighborhood with LOUD exhausts) or bad (me on the RT.)  Time will tell if it catches on.

I find this to be so unnecessary, legally questionable, and mostly a really bad idea. Even if it works, what is to be done with the info? Send the offender a letter? Try and stop them to yell at them?

What is the end goal?

And remember, what goes around comes around, if one is busting others, eventually they themselves will be busted. Nobody drives perfectly every time all the time.

I don't think vehicle ownership info by license plate number is accessable to the public here in the US. And I hope it never is.
