Headlight deflection adjustment

Hi 

Peace of mind, please... Asked local BMW garage about adjusting headlight beam, for a planned trip from UK to Espanol.

Currently beam appears high on the left, as might be expected for a UK registered bike.

BMW service desk weren't sure - technicians would have to look at it.

Manual suggests it can be adjusted.

What's likely to happen?

Can they flatten the beam for riding in different countries?

BMW makes a mask pattern to cut out then apply that mask to the headlight that effects other drivers when using a U.S. motorcycle in the UK.

 

They also offer a mask pattern to go from riding left to riding right. 

 

You will have to make it yourself from adhesive backed material (just be darn sure the adhesive back you use will not damage the headlight plastic lens)
