('course 86 people would be fanning out across the country looking for us, having skipped with all the money too. ) My bad. I had KS on the paper but didn't type it in! What would the UN be w/o KS??? OTOH If I didn't have to ride across KS then the UN would be 400 miles closer. Link to comment

DouglasR
Agree. My 1150GS came with the stock cat+can and a Two Brothers Racing "Y" pipe (cat eliminator) and can. The TBR setup is a whopping 21 pounds lighter than the stock (8 pounds versus 29 ) and of course I had to put that bad boy on the bike to see what the difference was. I think it revs faster, and the weight differential probably makes a slight difference, but DAMN that thing is loud! I even did a re-pack kit on it, no discernible difference. I've enjoyed playing the Hooligan on my $15,000 motorsickle with a loud pipe, but after about 30 minutes of riding at highway speeds it makes my ears ring, even with earplugs in. So last night the TBR came off and the cat+can went back on. I can barely hear it running, and can hear the injectors clicking, birds singing, friendly people wave with all their fingers now.... Quiet pipes ROCK! Link to comment
