Jerry Duke Posted May 23, 2006 Share Posted May 23, 2006 I imagine the response would be the same, whether it's an RT or what, it's still an oilhead 1100. Before I spent the money though, I'd make sure the bike had a very careful valve adjustment then a throttle body synch. And after that if it still surged, I'd do a zero=zero before buying the PCIII.
