Waymo has almost 10 million miles logged in in the last year on their fleet without problems,They operate in the Arizona area,Gm has a fleet in San Francisco and there several other citys that testing is in progress along with a good portion of China.I have no doubt that it is coming shortly,there is too much invested already unless something catastrophic happens.
