Uh, for people that want more light so they are seen,....kinda like all those $$$$ lights that folks get for the front of their bikes.

 

Also, they can fit in with the truck light bar people

The police do not like blue lights anywhere on non-emergency vehicles, and they don't like red anywhere but the rear. They are not fans of any other colors either except orange and white.

Park it and turn them on for the show is fine, if you go for that sort of thing.

And those 4x4s that run parking lights and off road or fog lights but no headlights, no.

Haha, LEOs may not like and it be against the law for blue's and red's (I think, pretty sure), but there certainly are a'plenty of people riding with blue and red angel eyes on their poser rigs.
