While going over the bike for Start , I pulled out my Motopump that I bought over 10 yrs. ago. Plugged it in to check and nada. I had only used it once when new , and then pretty much forgot about it for the next decade. I contacted  Rob , the owner , and asked if it was worth it or could it be repaired. I knew the failure was more than likely my fault for not running it and putting a drop of oil in the pump every year or so. Anyway he asked me my address and the next thing I know , I received an email and was told a new one was being shipped at no cost. This is just a shout out to Rob and Motopumps for outstanding customer service. If you are ever in need of a tire pump , I would recommend you checking them out. Rob also rides a GSA.   Go figure !!!

My airshot mini from them is still going strong. No maintenance and Like yours it is nearing ten years old. 
 

I agree they have great customer service, but I also don’t think your lack of maintenance killed the pump.

Agreed. They make excellent pumps and have wonderful customer service.
