12v 3000 watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter Quere

My old Xantrex 1500 watt inverter is no longer adequate for coffee making and microwave warming.  Thinking ahead, I want to step up to a 3000 watt pure sine wave unit.  I do not need a charger/inverter combo as I've upgraded my battery charger separately.   Which inverters have  you guys bought in the 3000 watt pure sine wave range.   Some may be disappointed by my choice,  but my house battery bank is three Trojan T-1275s.  I'm nowhere near a full timer;  we roam around the rockies for the 3-5 hot months in Florida, and return around Thanksgiving.  I have 400 watts of solar on the roof and 140 watts of portable solar and a Victron MPPT charge controller.   Victron inverters are a bit too expensive for me.
