ESA problem

I placed the battery in my bike yesterday. I keep in in the house during the winter. I started the bike and looked at all the electrical controls to see if everything is ok. This fall, before winterizing the bike, everything was ok.  Now everything works but the ESA stays in sport mode when I try to change the setting. The other ESA control (one or two on the bike) works. I didn't ride the bike I just started it. Will this problem disappear after doing a ride ?  Thanks

Have you had your controls (left and right) replaced under warranty?

I bought the bike at the end of last summer. The bike was always maintained at the BMW dealer so I assume it was made.

Call the dealer with your vin. They were only replaced if there was an issue/customer complaint

Finally, after a little ride it works.
