### Stereo Issue ###

Hey Guys,

Since I got my bike back after they replaced the mode button, I've been having an issue with the volume going between normal and soft. It does this on it's own and I took it back to the dealer and of course it didn't do it, so I made these 2 videos today when it was acting up. Any thoughts???

Thanks,

Steve

You might want to tell us all the year and options  of your bike Please

It's a 2020 that's stock. The dealer replaced a defective mode button then this issue started.

If you check your Audio System guide, you find a section where it explains how to adjust the speed-dependent volume control. Maybe it is set to a low level, causing the increase and reduction in volume?

It is explained on page 25 of section 3 of this guide.

I thought that too but it made no difference if it was on or off.

Morning Steve

Usual place to start the troubleshooing is to go back to the last thing done to the motorcycle  just before the problem started. In your case it was the "mode button" replacement so that is probably where you should start looking.

Play your videos to your dealer as proof that you have an issue AFTER they just worked on that motorcycle.

I sent them the videos also and I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
