Ive watched this being built for at least 10 years and likely longer.  They started towing it to sea 2 days ago.  At the beginning of the video you can see there are two more in the harbor.  Maybe some of you oil and gas folks can tell us more about it.

My brother just retired from Ensco,.....don't recall the number of years, but he's worked rigs from the Gulf to the North Sea to Brazil, to Singapore, Australia, Thailand and New Zealand fo sho.  He'd do 30/14 split.
