Loose Transmission shifter???

I believe the shifter is loose, missed shifts seems loose and easily moved by boot. Is there an adjuster tightening screw? Never had that happen on the first transmission. thanks

Look at the linkage under the footplate. Mine undid itself when in fifth gear. I came to a stop with clutch disengaged in a bad location and, unable to down shift burned a lot of clutch moving out of the way of traffic. It could be a very obvious and easy fix, though you may have to remove the left footpeg plate.
